I think his ult is only strange around walls, his scream seems fine just aim for feet,

his passive is bad, but its the threat of coming back that is the bigger deal. in teamfights if you are not getting kills or blowing sums with your passive then you are not positioning well when you know you are going to die.
I think his HP per kill should be roped in with his passive, bump his shield back to 10%(or whatever it was before nerf) at all ranks, and have his armor shred scale.
