how do i into cold war? im using phase shift and gstar with it, and having only moderate success. its the wind up time that kills it for me. i flank and get the drop on the pilot, but if i dont kill them in one shot then im usually toast because it takes too long to shoot again.
if i run into a pilot straight up, i usually lose either because of the wind up, or i kill myself with splash damage because im trying to go fast and the last projectile out hits a wall or something.
any tips? different ability? should i only shoot it with gstar up? i want to get at least semi gud with this weapon because i love how it looks and sounds, and the stuff it fires out is cool too

Spitfire. It's the worst gun in the game. If you want to make it work you're going to put yourself through a lot of heartache.

Also this isn't so much a trap than it is using a tool differently, but don't rely on the grapple to get you where you need to go. It should compliment your use of wallrunning and sliding, not replace it.

it is close to useless though, player titan AI in tf2 is kinda broken. sometimes your titan works and sometimes it just sits there and feeds the enemy team points. like the other guy said, only possible use for it is in CTF and hardpoint, but even then you would probably do more good for your team by being in your titan with a proper kit engaging the enemy team.
its kinda weird because the bounty hunt titans in wave 2 are not stupid. theyre not exactly hard to kill but they dont stand around like morons. they should have that AI for players, or something like it at least, maybe with reduced accuracy a bit or something
