I actually really like the simplifications Blizzard made to the standard shooter model. The unlimited ammo one in particular is great, just because ammo management is rarely something you actually need to do in most shooters anyway and just exists to maintain some sense of reality.

I'll set the record straight for you. There are only 2 maps right now where Torb is a viable pick.
Volksaya (Point B) and the last section of Route 66.
If you can consistently keep level 2 turrets on the floating platforms and keep cycling back to make new ones, you'll win the map since they'll have to concentrate on killing the turrets rather than teamfight your team.
If your uptime is high and your team works with you, they'll never cap the point.

They don't seem to understand that every balance chance has secondary and tertiary effects through the one changed hero's counterpicks and THEIR counterpicks being empowered / weakened as a result. This quickly spirals out of control if you don't approach balance in a measured, patient manner.

The issue with those is that a single pellet from anyone will shut down the hack.
D.va is actually perfect to hunt down invisible sombras as well thanks to her bullet spread w/o reload just like the pyro is on tf2. Her mobility also allow chasing her down even if she teleports away.
Her EMP is a cockblock to every ult too not just d.va and d.va ult is way too easy to counter with classes like rein, mei, buildings and later on symmetra countering it no problem.
Personally only times i've been hacked by a sombra as d.va was during EMPs. Due to my countless hours on tf2 i'm used to pay attention to footsteps and "uncloaks".

The real problem with S76 is that since they changed McCree to be a midrange hitscan with great damage and map design rarely allows for or encourages anything greater than midrange encounters S76 was beaten at his own niche. They should have been more careful with the FtH rework or at least been wary of the powercreep issue it presented after the fact but nope, now we've got monster S76 damage, an even heavier reliance on tanks, and characters like pharah in a worse spot than ever thanks to their ridiculously powerful hard counters.

One of the first things a Sombra player learns is that her invis is a repositioning tool and not meant for engagement. People will get over it like they got over teleporting in front of people as Reaper.
A Sombra hacking from among her team doesn't leave a lot of options for D.Va. It pressures her to play smarter, the only other similar threat she needs to look out for is a hook.
Even the best Sombras will have a hard time consistently shutting down D.Va, sure. Just to be clear, my point isn't that Sombra is sleeper op, more that D.Va gets dicked over by a hack particularly hard and any buff that will make it easier to land them will make tank life more difficult.

Mained D.Va since Open Beta. Everyone complained about her being weak every single second of every day, but I somehow managed to pull off a 70% winrate with her a couple of weeks after release. I guess the more disorganized play go the early days made her really good at rushing, getting picks, disorienting the enemy team, and boosting the fuck out. Don't feel too bad anon. A mistake lots of McCree's make is holding on to it for too long, giving time for people to get to cover safety or otherwise counter you.
When Deadeye activates it actually starts building damage fast, you'll have kill-shots on 200hp characters (most of the cast) before McCree's even finished announcing his ult. I find it's best used to sweep away squishies so you and your team can mop up what's left, waiting on a kill-shot for a tank is hugely situational and mostly a bad move.

So Idk if this is right place to ask about tech support, but my girlfriend has been complaining about her game stuttering despite no fps drops, which seemed really strange to me but after checking it was true. Over 100 fps and the game still looks stuttery. Not quite 30fps kinda stuttery but almost like small constant rubber banding (despite being under 50ping at least).
Any searches online for stuttering found it to be related to fps, which isn't an issue it seems. Doesn't happen in other games so kinda confused.
