Best RPGs to download on 3DS? Any ones other than the obvious EO, Bravely Default and so on? I've been playing Final Fantasy Explorers. Pretty standard MH clone. I'd like something more narrative.

Is it possible to do a system transfer from a non-hacked 11.2 N3DS to an A9LH 11.2 N3DS? What about vice-versa?

I want to have essentially a copy of my legit N3DS with Hourglass, and transfer it back after the 1 week limit. I plan on keeping my legit N3DS legit and hack-free.

Would my Pokemon moon save from a CIA version of the game work with an actual retail cartridge? Everytime I boot the game Sadame on my n3ds I go to the 3ds screen that shows up before the game is set to boot but it sticks there infinitely.

Also everytime I boot FTPD it's stuck at the homebrew splash screen.

I still can't get it to work. I tried deleting and replacing the starter pack files, but still it just loads the page about a third of the way, then freezes and bumps me back out to the home menu. I followed the links in the guide so I'm doing everything exactly to spec. The only thing I can imagine I'm doing wrong is using a microsd instead of a regular one, but it passed the checks the guide suggested.

From what I read I thought the instructions said to transfer from 1 sd card to another directly using 2 readers and I only had one. I guess that wasn't the case... heh

Downloaded Dark Souls for ps3, and realized I have no clue where to begin with getting the game on my ps3.
It came in a few folders, PS3_GAME, PS3_UPDATE, and a folder with it's eboot and param.
I've looked up and down my ps3's HDD with the file browser and I cannot find anywhere where it seems I should put these. I figured the UPDATE and GAME folders were like they were with the psp, but I don't see any folders like that on my ps3.
I am thoroughly confused here.

If you have an SD card backup, putting that on should pretty much work. You won't have access to the games installed though.

Otherwise, download Luma again, put decrypt9 in luma/payloads, reinject FBI and go from there.
Basically just follow https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax step 5 onwards after putting arm9loaderhax.bin on your SD card

Yep this is why I originally let the xfer clear everything out so that the NNID isn't on 2 systems at the same time. Nintendo might not like that.

If you followed the guide you should have backups of both the NAND and the SD, restore both and the source 3ds should be exactly the way it was before.
If you had an NNID linked like >>162429075 said, after restoring, you should follow the guide to remove your NNID without formatting (it should be in the OP pastebin, if not just google it, it consists of simply injecting an nnidsave.bin filled with null bytes)

For some reason I have 2 FBIs. One is the original health and safety thing I updated it from within the program and it created another FBI that has its own logo, not the H&S one. For some weird reason, this newer one always asks me to enter the parental control PIN. If I go to the older FBI and try to update it, it downloads it but then gets an error as the latest version already exists of course.

If I do the A9LH DSiWare system transfer downgrade where neither 3DS's have a NNID, and I restore the NAND with Hourglass9 but don't bother with attempting to do a system transfer back, would it be possible for both 3DS's to get two different NNIDs after the transfer?

Yes, which can cause issues I believe, so you'll need to remove the NNID from one. There's a guide in the OP pastebin I believe.

This guy came up with a fix and got the dsiware save to install.

Waithax dev compiled a new .3dsx with this fix: https://github.com/Mrrraou/3ds_dsiwarehax_installer/releases/tag/v1.1-waithax

Drop that new .3dsx in the folder of the original dsiwarehax_installer by yellows8, run it through your entry point of choice, inject the save you need for the dsi game you have.

Then follow the guide at https://3ds.guide/dsiware-downgrade-(old) and pretty much start at section VII to do the NFIRM backup and downgrade.

I'm not sure about using the any dsiware method, but the old version works with the included save files.
