Anyone have any tips or general things they do to chill out or stop getting mad all together?

Things like almost hitting mei before she freezes me, but I can't due to the turn slow, or being killed by 76 near instantly when they guy isn't even aiming on my head, or DVA tunneling me and it's death because she just can't die. Multiple automatic losses in a row with trolls/leavers just feed my rage and make it much easier to get to worked up. Other things like teammates being unreasonable or no heals/obvious pick/block an ult also annoy me.

If that happens too often I go from "that's irritating" to "fucking prick" to "SKILLLESS PIECE OF SHIT NICE WALL HOOK FAGGOT" to "ILL FUCKING GET MY FUCKING REVENGE YOU STUPID FUCKING CUNT" to "DRRAHIF ILL FUCKING KILL YOU" and then I have to stop playing. My voice gradually goes up until I'm almost screaming. I also cus people the fuck out when I'm mad, but I don't yell in my mic or go on tangents or argue often, except today when I had 5 golds as Sombra in a comp game and my entire team was shit talking me with all of them basically chanting "shut up idiot" whenever I tried to talk, so I called them all fucking retarded cripples, I got reported and then muted for 2 weeks.

It's like I'm getting some sort of intense and strained bottleneck of rage and frustration and I can't let it out fast enough. I haven't broken anything but when I hit the absolute limit of my anger I do punch my bed/pillow, which doesn't happen often at all.

I don't play either Hanzo or Widow, I'm a Grandmaster support main so I play a lot of Ana. I was just saying that if you want to get practice with the kind of aiming required of Hanzo and Widow you could pick those characters to do it in a more helpful way while you learn and avoid being flamed. I', pretty certain playing Zen and Ana have ramped up my aim drastically, when I pick McCree or widow in quickplay I dunk on people on at least a mid Master league level. To get truly good at the positioning for those characters you actually have to play them though, I wouldn't dream of picking them over people at my rating who have tens of hours on dps.

My sens is 800 dpi 4.6 in-game. Scoped sens is 30%

Only healer I can play is Ana and i want to learn another healer if I need to switch

Always have harmony on someone and use it to spot heal teammates. Put discord on people that you and your team can easily hit. It can really make a big difference especially with focused fire.

Learn to aim and become comfortable with the speed of the orbs. He can absolutely shit out damage if you're good with him.

Stay away from Roadhog and aim for his head. Zenyatta is actually a really good Roadhog counter as long as you're out of his hook range.

When will the new Symmetra leave PTR?

I build up <30s and tanks have a tough time hitting the tire unless I run into a firestrike/76 missile.

just try to keep your harmony orb on someone all the time, i usually like to put it on a tracer/genji since it only heals 30 per second which isn't a whole lot, but obviously if someone is in critical health just put it on them

also your ult is good but ana can shut it down with biotic grenade so watch out for that, it's also good for making a push or when the enemy is trying to make a push

with your discord, try to announce to your teammates that it's on someone like "discord on rein" so your teammates know that reinhardt will be much easier to kill

and obviously just practice a lot, i mostly use ana and lucio though, zen is kind of a rare pick for me so maybe someone else can be more of a help

Not sure if it's just selective memory on my part or what, but what's with all the Junkrats lately? On both attack and defense - was just defending ToA, and for unknown reasons the enemy team had a Junkrat. Easy win, but I've seen so many JR's lately, and it's possibly my most hated hero in the game, regardless of which team the idiot is on.

Any winrate outside that scope is proof that either a) another person has overtaken an account with an MMR not appropriate to their skill and they will be adjusted over a few games or b) that the fucking matchmaker doesn't fucking work properly, like in this case.

She has a better base kit than every single character. Her skills defy the rules other supports seem to have. She has a tiny hitbox that violates the rule of silhouettes.

Her grenade is a base skill that:

-Deals 60 damage
-Heals for 100
-Nullifies ALL healing
-Doubles healing received

She can burst heal a tank for 420HP with a grenade and two shots. For comparison Mercy needs SEVEN continued seconds of healing to heal somebody for the same amount.

She has a hitscan sniper weapon that outheals Mercy. She deals with anybody flanking her with easy. She has a 5s stun in there for some damn reason as well too.

All pro players, grandmaster players and basically everybody with a brain agree that Ana is beyond fucking broken and autoinclude everywhere.
