I would rather you keep it at like, 1.5 seconds and... maybe have bonus AS increase number of swings during that time instead. However, I have to agree with the others that this is pretty powerful. Against 1 v 1, it's a huge burst of damage, and against team fights, it can utterly devastate the enemy team if you have a Hydra.

Alot of people dont seem to notice that Master Yi's kit is quite literally un-outplayable. Everything that he has is targeted . Its one of those kits where he can outplay YOU but YOU cant really outplay HIM and he has to be artificially kept down with weak shitty numbers as a result.

I'd also make the amount of time spent untargetable "running through space" during Alpha a flat amount instead of having it scale with the amount of targets.

a lot of reason actually
1.not every teamcomp will have CC available and if they do they might be more vital to initiating
2. "crowd control" are a universal (counterplay) they basically work against anyone not named Olaf so you cant use them as a crutch especially when considering the scarcity and the method of application for some of the Harder CC's.

3. It creates a toxic playstyle of "waiting to go in" (see:letting your team fight 4v5) until crowd controls are used.

Steroids are often unavoidable due to method of application or how they interact with the kit and they lead to "ball of stats" character designs where other skills have to be reigned in due to the power of said steroid. Skillshots are usually easy to avoid or at the very least very predictable(you never walk up to Yasuo , eat a Q then say "WOW HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW HE WOULD Q ME?!!") . this creates a much more interesting playstyle/laning phase and allows for more risk/reward numbers.
Also steroid champs usually tend to be item dependent champs which on their own tend to be problematic (nobody likes feeling "useless" until they get X amount of Items)

It was a rush on most mages (Syndra, Viktor, etc.) In the last patch the nerfed it to be a utility-focused item by nerfing the HP, AP, and slow on everything except DoTs and multi-hit abilities. The only "buff" was a changed recipe and lower price (ruby crystal instead of giants belt.)

So now it's only really worth it on AP supports, Singed, Brand and a few other rare cases.
