It is a research station. It will have some inherent risks. Maybe there's room for discussion about reconfiguring atmospherics at roundstart to make it less sabotage prone but unless things have dramatically changed since I was last active (and the comments being quoted lead me to believe things have not changed), these are firmly against the rules.
