Street Fighter is always Street Fighter.
If you have Win 10 or Xbox one get the free version of Killer Instinct, if nothing else it has good tutorial with lots of concepts that you can direcly apply to other 2D fighters, especially for SF.

I tried everyone except the Gargos and RAAM

I usually play high damage or mid range characters, bonus points if they fit the brawler archetype. Makoto, Adon, Cody, Miguel, Bryan Fury, Marduk, Tina Strong, Leon (DOA)

I was told Hisako would be my style but found her kind of annoying and I don't like delayed attacks.

I liked Arbiter the most but didn't care enough to keep playing.

I don't understand my hands, they are bugged.
If I try to do qcf and press the button while stick is still in down-forward position, I can't do it. It's there so little time, goes past so fast, I can't time button press to that.

But if I try to properly do qcf+button move, especially if it's in a combo, I hit the button too early half of the time.

How can I do something like that, so much by accident when I couldn't even do it if I wanted to.

Also applies to other motion, might be even worse with half circles, but the point stands.

I tried Thunder a bit but found him kind of bland.

Usually I find 1 thing I really like about a character and then just stick with them for that. Like I played Omen because I love his slide attack which is kind of like Ibuki's neckbreaker. I like Riptor for her run normals and flame carpet.

Story might be responsible for this. Since she went rogue she has nobody to do maintenance on her eye and it's breaking down. So it stand to reason eventually she'll lose her ability to even be a contender since she relies on it completely as a crutch eventually if nobody fixes her eye.
