Now that we have this card, what's the use for the actual legendary card? Unlike the pluto one, this is clearly better since you can hit something as high as 6 defense while still get a 6/6 on board for just 7PP.

Well, after having some setbacks as PtP Elf and Midrange sword while trying out an Aggro Sword deck that didnt use Banner and was more like Aggro-Midrange Sword, I decided to go back to Banner Sword

Ended up managing to winstreak the last of A1 to A2 simply by storming the other guy's face

I thought Banner Sword has less than 50% WR in A rank though?

Even if your winrate is 50% it's good enough to keep climbing up if you beat people ranked higher than you, and they're all time efficient. Yeah basically on my way to A2 just now, I kind of noticed first that there seems to be a lot of aggro decks for now with some midrange decks like Elana, Storm and Midrange Sword

At first I thought "Let's do PtP Elf" but then I realized that man, I get aggroed too much. Used Midrange sword and then found that I either cant deal with the aggro or the long grinding battles

And then I went banner and outaggroed the aggro decks and dumpstered the non aggro decks from all the storm

They're both pretty even. For some reason I haven't seen a lot of Tempo Elf in AA lately though. They're both pretty draw dependent although I guess Elf has a better early game potentially with Ancient Elf, and better removal. If they played each other though I feel like Sword would win because they just have better early followers and they get rid of fairies pretty easily.

So to sum it up, is it correct to say ranked is mainly Elf hunting for Sword decks, Sword hunting for Haven decks, Vampire hunting for Haven decks, Haven hunting for midrange decks and Rune hunting for all the control decks? With some oddball Dragon and Necro decks thrown in

Elf still has no answer for Otohime and Aurelia can proc pretty easily if you try to get anything started. Although I guess Elf can take the advantage midgame if they have Elven Princess into Tia. I would say it's like 5.5-4.5 in favor of Midrange Sword honestly. It's pretty close and it'll depend on draws most of the time.

I've always felt like Dragon had the most swingy draft in the format. Sometimes I draft a lot of "Can't be attacked" and get to choose my trades all game, and hit the good stuff like Polyphonic Roar and Genesis, then sometimes I'm waiting 6 turns to play a single card from my hand because the draft refused to give me any early drops.

Its like comparing support for broodwar to support for hearthstone
One is a game thats old, outdated, and not supported due to a spiritual successor (sc2, gbf)
The other is a cardgame that prints money and is massively successful (SV, HS)

In the end, I will despise cygames forever for shutting down rob, I personally had spent probably about $1000 on the game to keep up with my order, all in the secondary market of course. The game was simple, but fun due to the HEAVY emphasis on the Order system that forced you to interact with 40 other players and get to know each other.
