It's aggro, if you start planning long past turn 6 then you need to abandon the idea that your deck is aggro. Bellringer should never be in an aggro decklist. Run soul conversion for some card draw and try to set it up off of ghosts that have exhausted their attack if able (easiest off conjurers).

If you just started you might be better off pulling Standard right now, it's still extremely likely that you'll need more cards from the set than from the upcoming expansion for most decks coming up.

The big concern for new players right now is probably figuring out what DE cards are worth picking up. Standard has a lot of staple cards in lower rarities but the DE stuff that does see play is pretty archetype specific, and for all we know Storm Haven or Control Sword might be dead soon.
