Any build that uses weapons to deal damage is kind of shit out of luck in hell, because the number inflation in the synergy patch completely left them behind. The only weapons that are actually capable of doing enough damage in hell are pretty much high end uniques and runewords, maybe extremely luckily rolled elite rare weapons with shitloads of increased damage.

I don't like Warrior and the Master, i'll put 1 point into each but fade has + all Resitances and gives you Damageresitance which is really usefull because you'll be squishy. I only like Shadows as blocker minions, others put more points into them because they get better gear. Master is better than warrior but uses skills on his own which can be annoying.

Not trying to be a dick but is there nay reason left to play D2 over Path of Exile? I grew up with D1+2 but PoE has everything good about them and improves them, it feels odd to go back to a system that revolves around chugging pots and very few builds.

For dragon talon I think there are a couple different setups. If you have super expensive gear you can use Rift to shoot frozen orbs everywhere or Stomlash due to crushing bow + elemental damage + static field. Otherwise you can just use a cheap weapon with crushing blow (mostly for bosses and stuff) or +elemental damage (e.g. gimmershred or azurewrath). Upgraded gore riders are a good choice for boots due to damage + crushing blow + open wounds + faster run/walk. However I found the physical damage to be pretty terrible even with a might mercenary so I'm not so sure mana/hp leech will be sufficient.

I don't know how venom works with kicks, someone please explain.

I think it makes sense to use both kicks and traps but even if you don't want to use lightning sentry for some reason you should still get death sentry for corpse explosion.

Also I think it's a good idea to have a bit of faster cast rate for when you want to use mind blast.

"gearing up" in normal is just not a thing, there are a couple thing you need, a large 3 socket shield which you can shop from Fara in a2, then do the qual-kehk quest in a5 for the runes to make an Ancient's Pledge, a 2os armor and run countess until you a Tal+Eth for stealth, and then you move on to nightmare and before you move on to hell try to have resists in everything, helm/rings/ammy/gloves/boots/belt
the belt and boots and the gloves you can shop from charsi in nm, the rings usually come from either drops or ormus' quest, and the ammy is just something youll probably find.

I dunno Ive been using Rhyme in a Pavise because I like the way it looks and I definitely do recommend that in at bone shield or grim shield, or pavise something with high block%

Say Diablo 4 is made, how do you suggest they efficiently combat website seller services whilst also not restricting people from trading completely?

Is D3's system of "Can only trade to people who were in the party at the time of the item dropping or was a clan member at the time of the item dropping" a good one at all?

I have a hard on for auras. Is there a pally build that just stacks as many auras as possible? Im thinking a zealer with LW, exile, fana(skill aura), merc with blessed aim or freeze and pride for concentration. Could do dream helm as well but i feel the extra shock damage wouldnt be worth it

I only put one point in to him and let my gear do the rest, when there's a shit load of skellies around he usually lasts a while unless it's a late act in Hell or he's ended up in the middle of a clusterfuck, but the main reason to use him is for the slow effect, his damage alone is fucking dire. Doing boss fights with a clay golem and decrepify and even a cold skelly mage too if you wanna go down that road, is really fucking powerful and slows enemies down so much. Diablo only manages one or two attacks in the whole time it takes you to kill him.

Iron golem lasts even when you leave the game. You only lose it when it dies or you reset skills.
