Get an ardor pass stone for Balth. Dark pass is shit unless it has godly substats, which I doubt.
Get a reflex stone and bond of silence or prey's sentence as your silla's unique
Get a green action speed for Lia
Lynia is fine, get a thunder crit for her

Don't even know what the use of Veronica in your rainbow team is. If I were you I'd use Silla on backline and in her place Milky, but whatever. Give her reflex stones, TW and I don't know what else she uses
Victoria with double reflex, TB and dark crit damage is good. I use mine with Double reflex, Battalion and red crit damage and she works fine off color.
Kiki needs double reflex, speed and Earth's cry.
Yuri with red crit damage, blazing essence, light crit and dark pen seems good in theory, haven't tried since I don't have her.
Is your silk for steal or for pen? For steal, use Ancient Stormer, double reflex and a DR stone For pen, give her FTS, dark pen, DR and ww speed
Isillia has the shittiest stone slots in the game. Just get get light hp, light defense and use thunder defens in rainbow slot.

For Yuri's unique stone you should also consider EBM and having Kiki or Silk be your line breaker. Milky has a couple viable unique stones. You can go WoM or TW with thunder reflex and WW AS or you can go CI with light reflex and WW AS.

Fair enough - Magnus makes the line tanky af. I've actually lost damage battles to EC Silks. Even I haven't had any issues with stealing from Sharr when I used to run a WW backline.

Dunk Sharr's crit low enough and you won't have to worry much about any return damage. Also use EC, lots of them.
