Two things which dev notes might've forgotten to mention (not 100% confirmed, subject to change):

1. Cupie (Ardor fairy) also being able to increase TPU on Sam and Noa
2. Evo mats for classic legendaries increasing (to what S2/new legendary evo requirements are)

And another thing, Com2Us modified the dev notes yesterday to fix the New->Classic change. It previously said only the 3 latest characters would be New, when it was supposed to say 3 latest characters of each element.

So if they continue going at a rate of 1 New character every patch on a balanced rotation between every element, it's going to take 45 weeks for a character to become Classic. :^)

They're treating dual teams like a transition phase between rainbow and mono. Which is good. Either use the entire pool of players and build a team out of the best ones and then pick an ace that have a minor boost to the team, or fully commit to one color and then pick an ace that provides a major boost to the team.
