The armored Schafter can easily take 2 rockets. You might think that's pointless, but it's actually not. I've had some random asshole shoot me with a rocket or throw a sticky so many times.
And since the windows are bullet resistant, some random asshole who rolls up to you won't kill you before you have a chance to react.

I personally don't know why people think the Kuruma is so useful. It's pretty good against NPCs and you can cheese pac stan with it, but you don't need something like that against NPCs and you only need 1 Kuruma for a group of 4 for cheesing pac stan.

I use Arcadius because it's a nice central location yet doesn't force you to deal with that layered traffic snarl like Maze Tower. There isn't a lot of shitter traffic there either, since they all either take Maze Tower because it's the most expensivest or Maze West because it's the cheapest, and Lombank gets the spillover from the Maze West shitters.

Maybe you're doing it wrong somehow. I don't remember the keys by head, but I think you use the X key. By holding X you can lock both axles at high. I think if you also press the key to raise either axle while holding X you can make either the arse or front end to raise up. Once you release X after holding, it's gonna be locked until you exit car.

Pressing X again after will reset back to low position too, of course.
