Hey since the cyclone is going to be nerfed hard wouldn't it be smart just to re-spec out of it? I mean if it's 1 hit per second and you need 3 skill points spent to even get 1 second, wouldn't it be smarter to just level it say to 4 or 5 and put points elsewhere?

This is also taking into account new Barbarian changes. I'm opting out of Warcry now, because it usually gets pushed out by buff limit anyway with just one priest or kabbalist or anything in party and it's hard to utilize and it seems like Barbarian is all about Frenzy now with 100% uptime while they did nothing interesting with Warcry.

Level 5 Cyclone is enough to get max boost out of Cleave + Zwerchau since it lasts just long enough for those two debuffs. Redel, Zorn, Zucken and the new improved Seism with Frenzy should make for an interesting combo.

55 second cyclone cooldown with how it works in the future just doesn't merit maxing it anymore and this is a build that is trying to keep the class relevant.

I've yet to see any videos of people showing how the new barbarian skills work so I'm waiting for that. I've already seen Highlander Skyliners doing 140k, but that's nothing new. I doubt Barbarian skills will go that high but we can wait.

Stomping kick will have unlimited AoE (well, 20 AoE ratio + your gear and innate sword ratio), Embowel is a nice stun and hopefully if the fucking Giant Swing is properly fixed it might be a nice AoE ability. IF it works.

Instead of whining I'm trying to focus on keeping the class relevant and fun.

Also since Cleave will be 200 crit rate bonus with this build I'm opting for a stat reset and spread some DEX stats into STR or CON. Since Cleave is 3 overcharges and it's long enough to fill in your entire rotation it's justified to go a little bit less dex now, possibly for STR for block penetration and critical attack. The important thing here is critical attack is added before most percentage modifiers so it can be massively amplified by attributes, elemental/armor typings and so on.

Cyclone was bugged to hit literally double the amount of times than what it was supposed to. IMC fixed this bug, and now Doppels are on par with other geared players, which angers them.

After some thought, I've made decisions on what role FutureProof and I will play in continuing Open-World PvP for the server. Declaring wars outside the setup caused other guilds hamsters to die, and went against what I was building so I think it's safe to assume Soldat is an enemy. They're clearly ready for seven days of war, however on the final day of the current wars I will use FutureProof to war them for an additional seven days of spawn-camping, bee-killing brutality. When you;re already at war, you can't set Neutrality, so near the end of the second war, I'll have the other guild I know to war them as well, keeping them in a perpetual state of being at war until I'm satisfied with the punishment.

Protecting hamsters is the biggest challenge in setting up wars between guilds. When you can't do that, guilds spend much of their time neutral. When Soldat can war you and kill your hamsters at their want, or your bee farmers, or your leveling party, it's hard to convince people to do war unless they have nothing to lose.

This is why going forward I'll be having FutureProof war only one or two other guilds at a time. I'll then use one or two faux, empty guilds to war those, thus completing the maximum limit of three guilds warring one another, meaning that hamsters will be safe from Soldat or others who want to destroy them.

I'm still hosting the war discussion, but due to the unforseen wars it will be on the discord chat at 5:00 server time today so everyone can attend. If your goal is to set up wars without spawn camping, hamster killing, or bee farm murder, this is an excellent way to let that be known as I fully intend on keeping Open-World PvP working and relevant.

Deeds interaction with all of the above is what makes them so insanely powerful. No one has called Swords shit since R6, unless you're cherry picking a few people that don't play anything but highest tier, which was Elememe for AoE, and Fletcher for single target.

Now Doppel has the highest AoE and single target by a massive margin, as well as getting good C3 skills that can use attributes that're supposed to require level 6+ at level 1 via a bug.

Everyone already fucking knows transcendence is retarded, but IMC isn't going to remove their whale cash cow from the game.

FutureProof and Ohayou, as well as Impetus continued growing hamsters through our last war because of the agreement that we made stating basically "You kill our tower, we kill yours, no one gets hamsters". It worked fantastically and no towers were removed. It's worked this way in 1v1 between FP and Ohayou in the past as well.

I personally hate hamsters with a fucking passion. They ruined Open-World GvG for months on end, and one could even argue that killed a large portion of the population, so in essence hamsters killed a massive part of this game. When Loli offered me one I declined, and still don't own one out of principle. Never will. That doesn't mean that other guilds don't value them greatly. I have to make hamsters, and Open-World viable.

Inquisitor's God Smash skill says it does extra damage when used with a blunt weapon, but anyone know around how much the boost is? I want the Piernne sword more than the Vier hammer for the magic defense but I'll make the mace if it's a big difference.

anyway, I was just comparing epee garde vs deeds. On a 100% critical chance scenario, epee garde is much better

and while two handed swords have a innate 10% bonus, rapier has rapier mastery so +15% atk bonus when not wearing a shield. But two handed swords physical attack are higher than rapier, which becomes even more important on transcendence scenarios (considering fencer will get a new rapier too).

of course there's armor type too, they can only ttruly compete on a ghost armor scenario since both get the same damage mod.
