You can't keep every buff up, and you shouldn't, especially not Swiftness or Fury. Just use them enough.

Swap stance if you need something in the other stance, be or an ability or just the energy that comes with the swap. I don't remember the min max rotation but it was pretty heavy on auto attacks and swaps for... I think Hammer aura and that other thing.

Isnt the whole point to work as a server to capture big points as a team instead of just pointlessly 1v1 people in the middle of nowhere that you could just do in other PvP modes? Thats because montages only show off the interesting duels. In reality roaming includes taking out caravans and capping camps usually solo or in a small group to contribute. Its solo content that lets a profession or build who isnt part of a big guild or community help by denying resources and harassing stragglers.

WvW roaming is a player's desperate attempt to make the mode remotely fun even though, due to PvE gear, it's an even bigger joke than this game's PvP.

How can I get loads of black lion keys without buying them?
I know I can do the personal quest every week for one and map completion seems to give one randomly. Any other ways?

Not really, Anet cracked down on the ways how you can get them without paying gems, used to be a lot easier.

Technically most loot in the game can drop them, but the chances are really low. I think that over 4 years of playing this game, most of it actively and using two different accounts, I got like 4 keys this way. Though I guess that still makes them infinitely more common than precursor drops.

Any tips for my knight-ish cosplay? I'm trying to go as "realistic" as I can, but since I wanted a "tabard" look, my choice of legpiece armor was between the ornate guild one and this. I'm planning on changing the helm to Illustrious once I unlock it. I also made a "knightly order" guild so I can choose my own emblem, although I'm sticking with HOPE's emblem while I get that one up and running (or find a decent guild with a plain red/white cross emblem).

This is what I do whenever I tome a new character to 80.

Personal story up to claw island - 3 keys
LS2 chapter 6 - 1 key
HoT story chapter 11 - 1 key
Bloodstone fen map completion
and maybe the HoT maps if I've already finished the HPs

LS2 ch. 6 is pretty easy and fastest if you're sitting on alts who have never done that part already since you don't have to do the previous chapters to start it, unlike HoT. There's also a very low chance that a key can drop off a mob, but this has only happened for me three times since launch.

Probably the biggest problem I have with any PvP in this game is that it's heavily tilted towards a rock-paper-scissors type of class hierarchy.
