You can dust both Pagles, anomalus, and Skeleton Knight safely. The rest is playable or might be playable or at least have some meme potential.

You can pretty much build any single deck with that kind of collection and dust amount, assuming you have all the other commons and rares and most epics, just find whatever you like.

Harrison is always meta, although it's sometimes too slow like now against pirate warrior.

Cairne is for N'Zoth decks. If you're not planning on bringing him back, there are many better 6-drops.

Aya Blackpaw and Fandral if you want to play jade druid.

No idea how good is Kazakus desu because while the highlander decks got a lot of support this expansion, it will take a while to see how viable they turn out in the meta, and with Reno leaving in a few months. But all of them are control decks so if you are willing to drop some serious dust to experiment, they seem like your best bet.

Or just wait until the meta gets more defined.

Cairne is for a Noz deck, Jones is way to slow in this meta just use ooze, Kaz is fun if you pull him but after reno rotates I think highlander is ded, aya is good and it looks like jade golems are here to stay.

Why would they make jade golems a 3-class mechanic if only Druid can shit the board with golems?

A reno mage should never lose any game where they're permitted to go late. If you use Kazakus once, you have a strong lategame. If you put him back in your hand or use manic soulcaster on him, you've out-valued everything but jade druid so hard that they'll HAVE to end the game in the next turn or lose.
Once the ideal Kazakus mage is defined, I get the feeling that it won't even fucking matter if Reno goes out or not. It's going to be the new wallet warrior.

The nice thing about Mana Wyrm is that most decks have trouble dealing with it if it's dropped on turn 1 or 2. Unless you're facing fast agro, it's almost impossible to stop it from becoming at least a 3/3, and if you are, it's easy to make it a 2/3 and use it to kill either 2 or 3 of your guys. By turn 5, everyone should be able to kill a 2/6 before it can grow, and a lot of decks can kill it even after it grows. Only thing I can think of for it is a meme buff druid deck.
