Dragon is either a 5-0 material (barring bad luck/people with elite topdecks, which tends to happen) or really struggles.
There are a lot of value followers (ironscale, dragon warrior, sieg, mushuhu, sieg, whale) but there's also a bunch of junk and you can get an absolutely abhorrent curve sometimes, especially since 2 drops have garbage like blazing breath and dragonnewt fist eating space.
If you aren't lucky with good draft you can very much be fucked and do nothing in first 3-4 turns.
Sword is usually more reliable since you get a low of cheap weenies guaranteed.

Unless this expansion is gamebreakingly broken or it boosts some niche as hell deck no one has built before to top-tier relevance, there's almost no way that's happening. A lot of lists for top tier decks (Midrange Sword being the best example but the main Forest core is still mostly Standard cards with Roach/Ancient/possibly PtP) stayed relatively the same with the release of DE.

Not to mention that unless they completely fucking gut whatever cards they do decide to nerf and decide to nerf a LOT of cards (because the main appeal of Forest is the sheer amount of strong options it has to begin with), Forest will still be a perfectly strong deck, just not undisputedly the best one anymore. You're really blowing things out of proportion.
