For the love of god, it needs to be simple, not allow too much stat increase and allow dynamic changes. This is BB, be sure they will fuck it up otherwise. They already dug themselves deep in balance hell with stone rerolls and fixing livePvP will take all their effort in next few months.

The best they could do would be to add a dynamic slot to chains which would allow chain to be activated but wouldn't be needed to complete it. Then they could change it when new players get released without too much impact to the existing completed chains. Just imagine how much free DS it could give if they reset chain completion on each change. That's something that BB will not want to do.

How about having ace burst for duo, too, but only 50% increase? So it would be 45% duo ace if you have no off color units.

Maybe change duo aces to 20% base so they're 40% when doubled, instead. That would serve to further encourage people to stick to what's on color instead of splashing in cancers like Duran or Elaine in teams where they don't belong.

Dual Aces are fine, they just look weak because of Silla Ace. There isn't much reason to use a dual ace if you can just use Silla and get all the 5 colors instead of just 2.

It's because Silla and WG aces follor the usual ace pattern:
>value X on base form
>value 2X on evolved form
>value 2X+y on EE form

But mono aces starts at 15% and gets 5% per form. If they followed the same pattern as the others, they should go from 15% to 30% and then maybe 35%.

I just did a few matches to see what her actual speed cap is.

I had to add a kiki to the front to see what her current speed cap is. I couldn't get a 3rd meiran stack going so I just got lazy and put kiki up front to approximate it.

155 is where she currently caps out. She is 151 speed with just a normal 3-man front.

Nera was never the problem though. WW is lacking other midline players for her to pass to. If you have a passing CM you need someone fast who can put the pass to good use.

Meiran, Khirel, Rudiel, VB and all other midline candidates are too slow and have average to below-average reflex. They are usually attacked before they make their pen attempt and either lose the ball or they will survive and turn passive.

Winning the coin toss and then nera passing to a slow character is the worst possible way to start the match. WW needs a fast reliable penetrator that can work off a normal pass, and such a player does not exist.

We may get really lucky and they could undo the starting spirit nerf on the next major update, but I strongly doubt it. If nera could active pass early in the match it would be a difference maker.
