I think it's hard to say until we see how the monoteam meta behaves. I expect that many people will drop Meta just to get the Ace bonuses. Especially if she get even slight nerf. Live PvP will still be shit. They should have improved AI. Even if they just collected data and made a simple statistical model out of it, it would be best improvement in years and far easier.

Also, not everyone has a fully invested 4man front Ravian team. I dare to say most people don't know how to make Ravian work, so it's not as viable as a "solution"

Kevin's main appeal is Quick start. He's way more common in the current meta because Angela affection and to protect against DI spikes. He wasn't all that common before the 7* patch.
He's great, but you don't know what the new patch will bring and he'll be less common.
