That's not a flaw, numbskull. 10k online at a time is bad. The server would need to be lag free, have normal load range (not sure what the proper name for this is, the distance at which you see other players and mobs pop up) and have dynamic respawns.

On vanilla they didn't, but on private servers they do, since the client is the last version of wow before tbc. The servers also run the latest version, so you also post the item/query the server for it.
