I'm not sure how to feel about this one. It's got the obvious shit shown, but also a lot of the usual gang of 3* trash.
Notable 3*s includes: Garland, 4 Cecil, 2 Zidane, Hayate, Bow guy from Type-0, Sword guy from type-0, some silver haired, ponytail chick with a scythe, some BE unit with blue hair and a spear (I think the guy who died recently in global?), some BE unit with white hair and a red jacket, 2 of some black mage garbed BE unit, and some kickass looking dwarf dude with a 108 ATK earth hammer TM

II CM is only eclipsed by Ifrit CM in difficulty. You need too much shit and have to rely on SLEEP PROC RATES against the Ogres.

If you want something to go with Maria, bring Focus and put Faith on Maria. 1st command should hit 5 times. Bring Leon for backrow Gaia Cross and Magic Lure with Gigas Armlet equipped. Don't bother with regen. You need as much RES mitigation as possible.

Stella is STILL the most interesting female FF character, even without being in a game. That short sequence with her discussing Etro and engaging Noctis in combat in the original Versus trailer is STILL superior to anything storywise I have seen in FF.

In my opinion, Fabula Nova Crystalis is still the greatest Final Fantasy story every told, with Type-0 STILL beating every other FF in story (hands down) and the sheer epicness of its characters thanks to its strong FNC backbone. Distancing FFXV from FNC was a huge mistake and Nomura forsaw this. Now that people finally have the game, I guarantee you they would have probably played Versus XIII over what it became with XV. ie, no coherent story at all.

Toblerone should be pretty easy to set up once you have +2 Crushing Blow (which equals -175% lightning resist on that boss).

The latest exploration has craftable +60 attack lightning elemental Katana. You can slap those alongside a good non-elemental weapon on your favorite chainer like Orlandu, Agrias or D.Veritas and get retarded lightning elemental chains while enjoying a +175% damage multiplier.

Got a cheap ps4 pro die to hoarding gift cards. Got a plan to buy KH 1.5, 2.5, 2.8 and 3 for it. Also plan on finally playing bloodborne and some others.

Side note, have not owned a console since the ps2 gen. I'm pretty impressed by this so far.

Finished FFXV at around 55 hours of playtime. Excluding hunts (only rank 4/10 due to level disparity) and 3 dungeons (20 - 30 levels above anything in the story, I.E, level 50 to 60), I did all available content prior to post-game, which there is a shitload of, ranging from superbosses to high level dungeons and hunts. 100% completion will likely take somewhere between 80 to 100 hours. I'll get right on that.

The story wasn't too interesting, but the post-credits flashback scene will probably go down as one of the saddest and most memorable moments in the medium. Expect it to show up in every feels thread and top 10 list henceforth.

The gang goes camping one last time before returning to Insomnia to face Ardyn in a ruined world, and Noctis wants to tell his friends that he has to sacrifice himself to banish the darkness from Eos. He tearfully says that he thought he'd made his peace and that the words are too hard to utter now that he's seeing them in person after 10 long years. He never directly says he's going to die, but everyone understands, and even Gladio sheds a tear in silence. Dat VA and facial animation

Didn't play the demo, but each of the main main weapon types (longsword, greatsword, spear, shield, handgun, dual daggers and so on) have 4 different combo trees (up, right, down, left on the analog), and you can switch between weapon types seamlessly mid-combo. Aside from that, there's 13 royal arms, all of which have completely unique movesets, ranging from a staff that turns into a all sorts of different weapons with each attack, to a Yuffie-style 4-point shuriken.

There are some abilities in the skill tree that turn your warp strike into a second dodge, and there's another that lets you emulate Sora with endless aerial combos. Most of the new combat abilities are exclusively for your party members, but Noctis has a huge and varied arsenal.

The magic system is lacking. It's basically Fire, Blizzard and Thunder with added effects like dualcast, poison, confuse and so on. Very disappointing, though the highest level spells spells are gorgeous.

Already losing my mind (and sleep) over just grinding up Butts(67/80). I will probably get Butts to 6* today and then have to do 32 Dwarven Forge runs to max him out.

I will probably max him out in 1-2 days at the most. Then I have to look foward to grinding out WoL(at 5*, so should be relatively fast and he should be immune to fire with Ifrit and the Flame Shield)/Chizuru(needs 13 Sacreds and 6 or so Holy Crystals in addition to leveling her from 4*)/Agrias(needs 15 Sacreds and 8 Holy in addition to leveling her from 4*)/Charlotte/Hayate.

At least Agrias/Charlotte/Hayate are tail end priorities on the leveling arena since their 6* will arrive in 6+ months, which is more than enough time for Dunes to get the PRO stage(1-2 trips into Pro is enough to get a 4* to ready to awaken from level 1).

I would say either Exdeath or Lightning(Diablos) is the best friend units to bring to grind ADV Big Bridge due to Thundaga/Electric Blitz. Just carry a Tent and Ethers/Turbo/Mega-Ethers so that you don't run dry when you fight Gilgamesh.

His mem crystal is unlocked by a dungeon that is like a daily +++ so it is easy. As long as you can beat a 120 difficulty boss before that you should be good.

You will be able to make it in time, just run XP dungeons with 3 heroes until you can beat the bosses before it
