So that went better today. Saturday Turnips had /acg/'s first goal of the tournament and earned a point for the team against the Roguelikes. The group is still up in the air, and /acg/ can qualify for the /vg/ League proper with a good performance tomorrow.

I would plan 3x3 plots in the top left of where new villager houses should go to, and place fancy grids around them like a maze.

Eventually do the same thing to the right of the town plaza.

Mix the cafe and police station to this grid somehow too. Police station closer to picnic area near your camp site if it's the wooden outhouse one.

Also. I'd stick to two bridges. 3rd bridge is just clutter with your river.

I'm making the bumps that the center lake work somehow. I put my police station + bus stop combo on the right bump. Left bump gives enough space for the bridge with a streetlamp in front without being too close to be cramped.

Maybe they replace the Digby with Lottie, the superior HHD member, Give isabelle the role of Mayor, with Digby as her assistant. or hell, maybe even YOU become her assistant.

Like, you roll up on the train station, Isabelle say something along the lines of "Oh fuck, running a town is harder than i thought, i need some help!" or "Our other mayor bailed, so i took over, help me out, nigga!", so you agree, and help her design the town in the same fashion as new leaf.

what would also be kinda nice is if you could do daily jobs for her to earn some extra bells on the side. run errands, and whatnot. "i need you to run this EvJctJoɴ ɴotJce over to HᴀRRʏ" and then you get 5k bells.
Evicting shitty villagers would also be a nice feature. but ye, just thoughts.

Today I logged in to find that for some reason my village had a date based one date ahead. After doing tasks, I saved and quit then went to my 3ds settings to correct the date to the right one.

I went back into my game and it was a new day. I know time travelling is a thing but I was wondering if there is a danger of my data being corrupted by me doing this? First time ive done this and dont intend to do it again.

Time traveling in new leaf has literally no effects on your save data anymore, as far as i know.

any time you change the date, its counted as a day forward. your mail gets sent, things you order come in, flowers breed, etc.

the only difference ive noticed about going backwards is that trees dont grow, main street buildings take longer, and if you're waiting on a house upgrade to finish, it wont finish until the next day. but by the next day everything continues as normal, and there's nothing to worry about.

if you time travel too much, i think the villagers start saying its a rumor about you, but thats about as bad as it gets.
