So I completed Nocturne + DDS on normal.
DDS I thought was too easy, should I have played on hard instead, and should I replay them?

Reading the differences, it's like a 50% increase in damage and lower chance for running from battles, and the encounter rate in DDS was fucked, shit was too high.

Playing SMT IV for the first time, going in blind aside a friend recommended I use guns and how to distribute stats but I feel like I'm lagging behind in power.
I beat the minotaur on the first try, thankfully my team had a good spread of buffs and bufus but I want to ask for some MC skill suggestions- my demons are doing fine.

I'm level 15 with +8 Needle shot, +8 Bufu, +7 Dia, Sukujaka and one empty slot. Are there any skills that will serve better at this point, should I replace any and what to put in the empty slot?

I'm not gonna return to it, but how hard is it to replay all the routes in Devil Survivor? There are a lot of potential endings, and the game in and of itself is already quite lengthy. Does NG+ really speed it up much at all, or are people just very dedicated?

You can manually fast forward dialogue, but you can't skip it. You also get the chance to have the same power levels and the same demons I think, so the beginning can be incredibly easy yet tedious; unless you legitimately want to replay the game. Why the hell can't I fuse Cleopatra away? I'm trying to make an OP Metatron but I can't fuse Cleopatra with anything, even with the demons listed for the Undine fusion. Clepoatra + Hathor/Scathach/Parvati/etc is supposed to result in Undine, which is what I need, but the game isn't letting me fuse any of them.

DF Lite or DDS fusion is the only way to get demons that normally can't be fused to pass their skills to other stuff. These things will usually pass their pierces to use for other shit, and sometimes you might get lucky and get a signature move thrown in as well, at least that last point was the case in IV. After you've got their pierces on something else, you can do what you like with those moves.

This is compounded by the fact that being hit with an ailment disables the ability to smirk, especially annoying for something like sick that doesn't need an enemy to act to spread it around.

At least it's easy enough late game to get Smile Charge on stuff immune to ailments to make this SLIGHTLY less annoying to deal with. Of course, by the time you're that far into the game, you're pretty much done.
