DED plexes are dungeons with loot as reward. Missions are more like mining with guns. They don't make much money but they're always there when you want to run them.

Low level ones, not too good vs exploring or ratting but still ok

Complex are escalations that you get from ratting or scanning and often have multiple rooms with no real isk until the very end and it can be very random.
Missions pay you by turning them in after completing the objective, and maybe some tiny loot drops.

Usually drone boats (Vexor, VNI) are the easier to fly with low skills, if you are alpha it will depend on your race.
Also battlecruisers are very easy to get into for a new guy to run missions with.
After that, its all battleships and T3Cs

Incursions.
You will need a battleship to do those.
There is not really a tank, but the logi equal healers.

Logi for PvE does not exist aside from the Logistic Cruisers which require a lot of SP.
As for PvP, its hard to say, it depends on your corp.
Most of the time people will either go for logi fleets or not, because of how logi works you can't really be a solo logi man unless you are very brave or know what you're doing.
The demand to have the logi skills is high tho, the problem is that's not the only thing you should be able to fly.

Don't worry about plexing. Spending even 3 or 4 months subbing and not worrying about grinding isk is the way to go so you're not burnt out by the time you can more easily grind a billion.

If you're in high sec you want to fit for as much effective health as possible. You don't need to escape, you just need to stay alive long enough for concord to show up and kill the guy who is attacking you. This means shield extenders in your mids and field extender rigs. You can do like 120dps with rockets and 2 BCS, you get 3 drones which gives you like 50dps.

It gets a rocket explosion velocity bonus which is fucking retarded because it doesn't need it at all because your web keeps an enemy still anyway

You only do missions that can take a carrier which means no acceleration gates

This means you'll decline tons of missions just to get the small handful of missions you can do which means you'll need at least 2 pullers with high racial standings to get the missions

Your carrier is fit for Max dps and you align instantly using the mwd trick and an inertial stabilizer towards your station /citadel

Is there any way to extent the "expires in" date for a sell order? There's no option when I try to modify the order.

No, you only get faction standings (not corp) via storyline missions and only the character who gets the storyline mission gets the standings increase

You can do cosmos missions with your character which will give you huge jumps in faction standing
