Real answer though, because it's one of the best 2-drops Blood has that isn't bats or bats-related. For decks that don't mesh well with 1/1 token spam, she's great. I probably should've been a bit more clear - she's one of the best 2-drops Blood has after the two that actually have immediate impact. Blood Wolf and Razory Claw aren't getting outclassed by anything any time soon unless they just print stronger versions of them, but aside from those two, Blood doesn't have any other instant-impact 2-drop followers. I mean, technically Vania has a semblance of instant impact if you can combo off of her, but on her own she's not doing anything either.

Lilith essentially serves as a 3/1, that also gets to combo with Mary into being a 4/1, all the way up to a possible 6/3 for 2 mana if you get to evolve her and hit face. While that 1 health can be a pain, the damage output makes it worth it - at least in my experience. Worst-case scenario is that she gets taken out too soon, which is not always a huge loss since she can bait out low-cost removal/followers that then don't get used on Blood Wolves, Wraiths, etc.

Back in ye olden days PtP was favored against Midrange Sword, and it was actually the only deck to be favored against it because Midrange Sword is stupid.
But sadly, with the nerf of Homecoming, Midrange Sword is now favored against PtP. They have literally no good answer to Otohime and Aurelia is extra strong against them. What a sad world we now live in.

I just started the steam version and opened 16 packs after beating the tutorial and some of the bloodcraft solo content.

I read up on the game and learned about rerolling. Do I play the phone version of the game instead and do this? What happens when I link that account to my steam account?

Rerolling is done on a phone or an emulated phone. If you link it onto your Steam account your Steam account will be overwritten. Rerolling isn't really that important in the long run compared to most mobile games and you can get by without it, but it does help so do what you want.

Tiers are barely relevant until A rank minimum and at even at Masters the crafts are all fairly well balanced. Bloodcraft and Dragoncraft both have viable builds that're on the cheaper side of decks.

If you're intent on going through reroll purgatory, you reroll on a phone or a tablet until you're satisfied with your roll, then link it onto the Steam client. Alright /svg/, I need your help with making a decision.

So at the moment I have a Midrange Shadow deck with every card I need for it, 15k vials, and I was looking into investing into a 2nd deck.

Initially, I was going to look into making a PtP Forest deck as the high skill cap and matchup spread looked appealing to me. However, since then I have pulled a Otohime which has led me towards the possibility of Midrange sword and I realized how cheap Seraph/Elana's Haven is to the point where I could craft the entire deck right now.

So tl;dr I wanna make a 2nd deck and I have 15k vials and an otohime. Should I go for:

At least from my experience with Sledgehammer, if you have some evo points and your opponent throws out some mean fatty that has more than 4 points of health left and you don't have any removal spells, you'd throw her out and evolve her to destroy the follower. If they have any little weak followers, you follow up with cleaning them up with her so that she could fulfill at least a 2 for 1 function similar to Baldy.
