Beast Dominator is 100% fine in take two. Hell, I'd even call her strong. She's a big pile of stats above the curve and big threat when evolved. Your opponent will have to answer her or she'll get out of control. And obviously Bloody Mary is fantastic; even if you just play her as a vanilla minion with no synergy in hand your opponent will freak and try to kill her asap.
This "Beast Dominator is unplayable trash" thing has really gone too far. She's perfectly fine, she's just a little weak as a legendary.

Yes that's entirely reasonable, even playing the default decks can give you some idea of how each class works

No, A0 is actually the best place to be if you want to run meme decks. The competition is enough such that you can actually see if your dumb deck is any good, but there are enough players doing the same thing as you so that winning is actually not that difficult.

I've been able to get at least 3 game win streaks in A0 with a bunch of different meme decks:
>Ambush sword
>Discard control dragon
>Laelia Haven
>Snowman Conjurer (without DS)
>Atomy
>Satan Elf

As long as you have some basic cards for each deck, you should not have too much problem getting dailies done in ranked with every class in A0. Of course, climbing gets much more difficult once you get to the upper reaches of A0 and lower A1 so expect no better than 50% win rates with bad decks, which is why I am still in A0 after like 200 games here.

Aggro dragon is typically red with a pile of low-cost flyers and 3x ball lightning, along with 3 tutors for exclusively digging out ball lightning, except it has flying on overflow and it slams for 1/3rd of your opponent's health evolved which is pretty retarded and unavoidable even if you expect it

It's heavily reliant on chipping in substantial pokes early and trying to get off a kill by a chain of ball lightnings ASAP

Rose Queen is super heavy and you should just ditch her. Two Cynthias would go much farther. I don't like Will of the Forest in a pure tempo deck, and I also don't play Glimmering Wings or Pixie Mischief. Elf Girl Liza is great for protecting your board against certain crafts to finish with cards like Blessed Fairy Dancer/Wind God/Cynthia. Or you could switch out a few for Altered Fate and PtP.

It's silly how score progress doesn't scale at all with rank, yet it's very easy to rank up with shit decks until you're stuck on a new tier of people with much fuller decks. If you're not confident or interested in ranking, you won't gain anything from it, but you're not going to get monthly score progress from unranked, either.

I hate how hard it is to play proactively in this game. It makes a lot of control decks completely unrewarding. If I see they are aggro, what can I do? I just eat storm damage every turn while trying to keep their board clear, which doesn't matter because their followers do instant damage.

If I try to proactively play with wards, they immediately get destroyed by Dance of Death AND I take damage, ten percent of my max health. Elana can make anti-aggro control work because the amulet enables all the terrible healing cards to actually have value.

Only non Elana control deck that works are all cycle OTK decks. Even the modern Elana decks are pushing more toward Seraph because classes like Rune instant win against control.

When the only two things that are viable are token aggro and OTK control, you know you have a shitty meta. I used to defend the meta in this game because I thought it was reasonably balanced. I still think that's the case, but the problem is that what is viable is all extremely uninteresting and allows for little variety in play.
