Why does DE do this shit? Everyone knew Zenurik was overpowered compared to the other Schools within a week of The Second Dream's release. Why didn't DE nerf it then before everyone grew attached to it? They nerfed the Smeeta pretty quickly, and that sucked but we all got over it pretty quickly too because we hadn't fucking had the Smeeta for very long.

Valk prime's body is completely fine. It's just valk with some gold spikes and some decor here and there. Her helmet is fucking shit though. Also she wasn't nerfed to shit, they just made her harder to use so she wasn't a fucking bullshit powerhouse for anyone smart enough to press 4. Her deluxe skin is the same too, the body is fine. As far as weps go, cernos prime is guaranteed to be fucking broken.

Not a single prime frame has different bodies than the normal counterpart. Primes are just the base body with stuff on it.

Valk was pretty much useless before. She was good for maybe cheesing long survivals, but even then it's not like you couldn't do the same with other frames. She contributes next to nothing to a team (sorry, warcry pales in comparison to other buffs like volt speed). No CC, no good aoe damage, no great defensive abilities. You'd basically never see a valk in a proper organized squad.
Even Chroma who does the same unkillable+loads of damage shtick (while being able to do it all with a ranged weapon) can still double as a credit farm booster. Valk actually just contributes fuck all.

Why does the Tigris have to have such a shitty firing system.

Zhuge was a pretty decent silent weapon a while ago, if I recall. It's probably not great compared to guns that are actually good.
