Getting the Meso S1 and Neo S3 I need for the Soma P is a total pain in the ass. The Neptune Excav mission is just dropping Axi after Axi.

Is the Spy mission really my best bet to get more Neos quickly? At least even if it isn't an S3 I can still use the relic to leech off pub groups. I have Limbo and a stealth doggo so Spy missions are quite easy.

Volt, with galatine/cleaving whirlwind is a fucking blast.
Rhino is also super fun, load him up with palatine hammer sybear and a range/efficiency build and Reinheardt through levels. Rakta syandana for extra booster.

From the Riven before/after images I've seen here and elsewhere, it looks like top-tier rifle Riven mods were nerfed by about 20% and by as much as 40% on some stats, while Riven mods for Godawful rifles like the Harpak were buffed by maybe 5%.

In essence, DE have bait-and-switched their own whales while still failing to make shit-tier garbage weapons viable. Business as usual in the land of the clueless Canadian hipster kikes.

My Quanta damage/multishot/status mod only lost about 10% of its stats, so I'm pretty happy as the loss is scarcely noticeable.

I figure it's because there is no 'standard' Snipetron anymore. The Vandal is a unique version while the stock one hasn't been publicly available in quite some time; With the few that still exist being from before retirement or from the two times the BP was offered as an event reward.

So either it doesn't have a Riven mod at all or the sample pool is just entirely too small and so DE hasn't bothered logging its use.

Nobody gives a shit about 2 hour survivals, the baseline of enemies you have to fight mainly in the game is set by DE and is currently at 100. Nobody gives a shit if Equinox or Banshee can reach the damage cap in x seconds with y casts, that's simply not required by the game. Overkill is not a quality that is ever useful, which is why frames like Banshee are and always will be shit tier.

By that metric Ember and Loki are the best frames in the game. With these two you can go through the vast majority of missions with the least effort. Then you need one more frame for the sortie and you're set.

This is my actual opinion. 95% of the shit I do in this game at MR22 is low (<50) level missions.

Ember and Loki are two of the most useful frames in the game, but the guide grades on sortie-level content (50-100) and Ember falls off hard towards the end of that range, hence why she is not good.

Sortie-level content is currently the most difficult content that offers good rewards.

It remains to be seen how much of an impact new Endless missions will have. I highly doubt it will have any big impact, because the limiting factor in endless runs is only partially due to lack of rewards. The biggest problem is endless runs is that nobody wants to play Warframe for literal hours.

"Bring back endless" was a mistake and I hate this retarded community for clamoring for it. Bringing back endless wasn't the solution. Replacing it with something better is the solution.
