I just started playing again after a 3 year hiatus and there's so much stuff to grind now. HR7 was top tier and now it's shitter tier. My mods all suck and I have no primed/riven mods. It's kind of fun going from being able to oneshot everything in the game with a hek to struggling with mid-tier content using the same gear. As a neet im excited for the grind.

If you've got some plat lying about they have that one mod for the hek that makes it perform a lot better. I think it's scattered justice or the like. It's what has made me keep my hek around.

If you're looking for a weapon that chews through later mid game content, the kohm built for status has been my absolute favorite thing. It's just a joy to use. I dunno if you've got the event mods to make it work, though.

I'm not really sure what to think of riven mods. On the one hand, I managed to get a really good one for my beloved Daikyu and it now shoots Japanese trucks instead of arrows. On the other hand, I always liked the relative craft dependability in Warframe. Shit may not drop for you, transmutation may laugh in your face by giving you a status chance common arching mod, but an attempt to level mod would not destroy it. And now it sort of can.
