I really don't know, I just seen this Fencer carry me in Uphill hitting that hard. He inspired me to want to make a Fencer. He seemed to be chugging a million SP pots though. I think linker2 is better than cryo3 with rank content. You can go sage or linker3 for rank 8 both are really good options. linker 3 gives lifeline and 2 more links with a dandel gem and sage gives missile hole.

Double or triple the SP cost of all cleric skills.
Gut cleric base skill numbers and increase SPR and INT scaling.
Add skills that scale with the enemy's CON or max/current HP.
Give buff dispels to any class that isn't fucking cleric, this is getting ridiculous. Wizards can cast spells but dunno how to remove magic buffs, wtf?
Add skills that reduce healing effectiveness.
Add more debuffs that can't be blocked/dispelled, but that aren't retardedly broken like iron hook or retrieve.
Have C block cost stamina.
Stamina is like the most underused stat in the game, make it do more shit. Make it reduce your evasion and block rates if you're out of stamina, make more skills that restore or drain stamina or stop it from regenerating.
Reduce damage in PvP so that you don't have to actually go full CON to survive being one-hit by a gay R8 skill.

Pretty late but here are some armchair ideas, most of them inspired from WoE.
- Allow guilds to plant towers to claim select maps in the game
- Each map produces a different set of rare items and will require funding to unlock rarity tiers
- Anyone in another guild that enters the map will automatically be in war against the host
- Host loses map if tower is destroyed, along with all invested funds
- Implement alliances for the case the entire server decides to gang up on you
- Allow defenses like 2k hp walls to be built and npc(gvg mobs and bosses) to be hired
- Tower can't be damaged until bosses are killed
- Scale mob stats inversely to the number of guildmates online, eg. boss is demon lord tier if no one is online so there is some sort of defense during off-hours
- Host guild members can warp to tower with a reasonable cooldown

Once Agni necklace is added, Pyromancer is the most viable DPS wizard class in the game.

Pyro 3 into Linker then into Sage or Enchanter is insane.
Necklace gives 400% damage to fireballs and 250% to flame ground and fire pillar. Linker is obligatory for the huge damage bonus linked shit gets. Sage is amazing for duplicating fireballs, Enchanter is amazing for the 500 damage they add to every hit (which becomes 2000 to fireballs and 1250 to flame ground and fire pillar).
Thaumaturge is also nice to take for the bonus damage which again gets massively amplified.

With decent gear and attributes, you can be dropping fireballs that are doing 200k damage each. You sword shitheads might not think this is much, but this is the best a Wizard can do. Especially when it's 2 every 16 seconds.

Skeletons are absolute shit in PvE besides being a distraction to monsters, and they die in 1~2 hits because they don't scale with anything, unless you want to make their HP doubled by a 100m att, then they'll still die fast but not in 3~4 this instead of 2.

The Decay DoT is good(its how I cheesed myself to 330), but you know it's pretty useless in a party, you just use it for the missile bonus damage... or not even that, 30 CD makes it hard use all the time, and the knock down when casting also sucks.

As for PvP, I don't really play, so whatever.
