I bounce between 2900 and 3100.
I feel more team dependent and less self-reliant. I think this makes Pharah worse because I would have stomped in the games where I've got great tanks and healers anyway.

I lost CC (knockback) and gained mobility. I can chase after my own D.Va / Winston and splatter things because nobody has time to shoot at me.
I can't isolate 1 problem hero and juggle it to death anymore, and if I don't have tanks giving me space I'm a flying sack of shit.

At best, my success in comp is about the same.

Pharah duels got easier for me because Pharah now typically changes direction less often and less severely with greater lift.

MERCY has changed Pharmercy duels more dramatically however. The chance that you're going to land a string of rockets to kill either target is much lower with Mercy taking 20 hp/s basically after 1 missed rocket. It's a nightmare because the first one to attempt to ignore or abandon the pharmercy duel is almost guaranteed to lose. This puts Pharmercy vs. Pharmercy meta in a dumb spot of always requiring a very strong ranged hitscan in the other DPS slot- Reaper, Mei, Genji, or even Roadhog who aren't likely to bother with dealing with Pharmercy basically mean you have to give up on playing Pharah unless you can out-shoot the hell out of their Pharah.

I get less eliminations than before and it's harder to kill people now, I started spamming rockets much more than usual but it doesn't help.

The new jetpack is pretty nice though, it makes dealing with Naruto a bit less annoying.

She's never going to get buffed though, now that Mercy regenerates her health in 1 second Blizzard will never buff Pharah because to them they are both one character, which says a lot about how viable that character actually is if it needs a support pocketing her to be useful.

And it's not "relying" on the barrier. Your DPS players are retards who'll find a million ways to get themselves killed. If they keep trying to block Roadhog's hook with their teeth, Zarya is one of the best picks to keep them alive for at least another few seconds.

For me it makes it harder because I used to be able to predict where they were going to go once they were getting knocked back and fire a rocket to get a direct hit, now that the knockback got nerfed I can't predict their trajectory because they don't get knocked back so they can just run away in any direction.

There's a simple barrier shimmy technique you can do with Winston to solo kill Reapers. It's harder to do against Diamond+ players, but it even works in pro tournaments if you're lucky.
