A good Genji can survive baiting the enemy team and McCree/Widow/Junk are probably the only people who should be peaking, but Zarya needs lead the team in pushing in or moving back, else you're stuck being ahead of the group and dying before you even get your ally bubble off, or being too far behind to actually be able to be useful with the beam. Game sense is pretty important for KOTH Zarya desu
