Stock is usually the best, survivability when playing spy is a godsend. Since you're a beginner stick to it.
Big earner is good for making picks and getting away with the speed and extra cloak, but every class can kill you in a single hit when you're at 100hp. Good on payload.
Kunai is the high risk-high reward weapon, good for stabbing inside crowds as you'll keep your hp up even if people notice you. That said, a wet fart will kill you if you don't get a stab off. Steer clear until you understand how to play spy properly

Mostly personal choice, but i can't stand the tomislav

Again, personal choice, but jag is better for setting up and repairing, while stock is good against spies and holding out

Scattergun is better unless you can get double meatshots consistently, 6 shots > 2 with a fast reload. That said, the extra jumps are fun as fuck, if only to see soldiers' tears

Is your shit spread out? RR. Do you want to be able to defend yourself? Shotty
>L'etranger, ambassador or stock revolver?
Etrangér is great for the extra cloak time but sucks as a backup, stock is incredibly strong up close and doesn't require much aim, ambassador is for long-range sniping or for ebin mlg DR spy fuckery. Remember to wait an extra half second if you want to headshot repeatedly. Choose based on your aim

Pistol 90% of the time, especially with non-stock primaries. Milk if you have confidence in your team not being retards

Stock just jump-rev and take cover. You can mow down everything and outdps most classes and Demos. Tomislav's biggest benefit is annoying people at the open and abusing your height advantage; damage wise it's nothing impressive.

The Jag if you gonna redeploy a lvl2 at the frontline, else stock all the way. Stock is needed to keep a lvl3 repaired for a good long time, especially if you play for objective. That doesn't mean you should die when repairing a damn Sentry tho'.
>Soda popper or stock scattergun?
Both have ups and downs. I'd say stock, because 6 shots is way better than 2. Popper is good if you have nice long range retaliations. Else Stock beats the Popper in the loadout.
>Rescue ranger or stock shotgun?
Stock Shotgun is better against Spies, RR lacks damage but it's better for saving your Sentry from a bad spot or to take it up high after a salvojump. However, at pubs RR mostly beats Stock because you won't be seeing teamwork to defend your sentry.
>L'etranger, ambassador or stock revolver?
Amby. Click at necks collect frags. Abuse reload at long distance to get hang of the headshot timing.
For Stock to overdo Amby, you need chainstabs for random crits and active use of Revolver when falling back.
L'etrang is fun but no one needs a cloak that long. Only use L'etrang in case you don't know the ammo pack locations in map.

I'd say Milk over pistol, but pistol has merits too. Pistol can finish escaping classes like Soldier, Medic or Pyro. Milk will give you a hand when dealing with Spy, other Scouts or may be even a Heavy.
