Thanks for the info. I thought about getting the game cheap this time, since I got the original S;G LE from Ricedigital almost a week later than the release date, so I think I can handle a little waiting if it means I save 50% of a price of another full retail Vita game.

I realized that with both Cold Steel games, Hollow Realization and Shallie Plus, I'm spewing buttloads of money on Vita games this winter. Although I'm still contemplating about HR.

really weird question but I bought my vita used without any cables and I ended up buying what I assume is a usb charger and another cable which lets me transfer my shit. I noticed I cant charge using my transfer cable though while the Vita is on. Is that normal? Cause the usb charger works just fine either way.

I know sometimes when you try and charge it through a computer with it on it won't show the charging icon in the corner, but it'll charge albeit slowly.
You can plug it in to pretty much any wall to usb charger so just get one of those if you want it to charge at a reasonable rate.

It's a question of how much amperage the thing you're connecting to offers.

USB standard is 0.5A (Amps) but the Vita('s battery) wants to draw at 1.2A, so if you're connecting to a computer or some other device that only supplies 0.5A, your vita will only trickle charge and if you're using it, you'll probably notice a net-drain (though it will die slower than if you weren't connected at all.)

Connecting to a device that supplies 1.2A or higher will produce the "Charging" indicator you're looking for.

TL;DR> Connect to a wall charger or something if you want to charge.

I'm just about finished TitS:FC and it's really good, 75% of it is pretty slow, the main plot slowly building up in the background exactly like Cold Steel 1's plot, but if you like fun adventures it's great.

Some similar character tropes too, quests are similar too, since Sara deliberately sets up your tasks like bracer guild requests. But the scope is much different, your main cast in FC is 2 people, every other party member is closer to a guest character with Olivert (or Olivier? I hate when they change terms and names throughout series, like Reinhold corp is now Reinford, pick one) being the most used, though even then he's only in your party for 2 chapters.

It's really fun seeing another country in the world though, I think I actually liked that I played CS1 + 2 first, I get so much of the lore already that'd be over my head till later.

The Tone is a bit different too, there is a school part in FC that's very similar to CS1 but it's not very long, I think it might've been the inspiration behind the whole military academy thing.

I honestly have no idea, on the boxart of HR she and Philia are stuck all the way into background so the canon characters have bigger billing, but they have much greater roles and characters than Lisbeth or Silica so I'm not sure.

I mean, look at Rain and Seven. Seven was alright, and thus she at least got speaking roles, but no one's said anything about Rain in the entire game despite her ostensibly being the other heroine of Lost Song. I mean they'll be DLC later, but holy crap I get the feeling people didn't like those two that much. On the other hand, Strea and Philia are consistent, and I have a feeling Premiere's gonna become a mainstay too.

LS also looked and played great on patch 2.10 and the multiplayer was a lot of fun.
If only HR had stable framerate and didn't look worse than Infinity Moment it wouldve been the best SAO game. For now though at least IMO LS is still the best.
