There's no reason the FMG-9 would get ACOG. I think Smoke will fall in line with the close quarters operators, where he's supposed to be.

HK-33 is nice, not very common, so I'll compare it to a PTR/G3. It's very reliable and kicks brass out like a horse.
AUG is probably one of the best bullpup rifles out there, the folding foregrip is kind of awkward.
Civilian FAMAS' don't really exist (only a few were imported in the 80s so they're fairly rare) so not many people outside of French service have shot it. FAMAS is plagued by poor decisions, the rifle itself is average. The original 25 round magazines are garbage and the action rips brass apart, it also, if I'm not mistaken, uses a proprietary load. G2 fixes all this but the factory closed down leading to a lack of new rifles and parts, meaning most FAMAS' are F1s and beat to shit.

MP5k is just the compact variant of the MP5.
MP5SD is the integrally suppressed variant.
MP7 fires high velocity AP ammo (trades off "stopping power") while being more compact.
MPX is a new SMG offering from Sig Sauer and isn't related to the H&K MP5, it's more modern and is subjectively more ergonomic.

The PDW concept came into fruit in the late 90s and early 2000s, the USSR was long gone and in most areas of possible conflict the body armor wouldn't be common on enemy combatants. Most militaries wouldn't issue PDWs to non combatants anyways and those who would theoretically be issued a PDW would be better off with a carbine, so PDWs are generally uncommon outside of SF, special police, and special roles (stuff like field doctor for local aid and etc)
