The problem with Pharah in my opinion is neither her health nor her air speed, it's her weapon.

Her rocket launcher is at this very, very, unfortunate spot where she can neither deal consistent mediocre damage, nor deal slow but heavy damage.

It should have been either a 12 clip mini-rocket launcher with very fast projectile speeds, or like, a 3-4 clip rocket launcher that deals massive damage with big splash and slow projectile speed.

Sombra's hacking needs to be changed, it seems she's designed to take people out after hacking them to have the advantage only...

Widowmaker looks silly with her homo-vision on.

I honestly think McCree should have been a kind of burst DPS, his long range accuracy should have a nerf, fan the hammer should have way more recoil than it does, and his reload time should be slower. Maybe combat roll should get some kinda barrier, but in return it should have a longer cooldown.

the new Pharah nerf should have given her a much bigger increase in fire rate. That would at least make her loss of knockback make sense.

Soldier should have more hp. He shouldn't be considered dps at all and be seen more as some kind of mobile harasser that can heal in the middle of things.

Mercy should be able to heal more than Ana.

Torbjorn should be able to place his turrets on walls or something. I kinda think he should be able to make more than one turret, but people would say that's op. I think that would just make Widow more prominent.

Tracer's ult is kinda shitty. I don't know if having it do more damage would improve it by much, if at all.

Junkrat's ult also needs a serious hp increase. At least give it enough hp to survive more than 1 hit.

If Bastion had some kind of escape skill that would knockback anything around him and propell him out of his turret mode, would that be too op?

I think D.Va's mech should explode when it dies, doing 100 damage around it. Her ult ought to be something else, like an autopilot that has her mech chase down an enemy while she gets ejected.

Symmetra is... how do you even fix symmetra? What role does she play in the first place? She pierces barriers, her drones act like shitty alarms, and her barrier is... kinda negligible.

Sombra is just an initiator for a massive ult combo. Aside from that she's basically just an annoyance. Maybe if her hero hacks were a little longer she'd be more valuable
