Yes AA needs to be toned down so you don't get stunned from them and they should have a bit smaller range but they are nonetheless always located in the same places on the map.
Meanwhile tanks have to deal with assaults lobbing grenades at them from every single corner and being sniped with field guns.

As a frequent flyer I can honestly say that AA doesn't need to be tuned that much, if at all.

I've gotten so used to AA and how to counter it that I rarely get shot down in the bomber. If they nerf it then the only thing that would pose anything of a threat to planes is another REALLY good pilot.

Why do I always feel like if I'm playing medic or support almost nobody on the team is getting heals or ammo ?

Also should I just stick to packs instead of boxes ? Packs really just seem like the best choice, you just need to press a key and in the case of ammo packs the person you just refilled can go somewhere else while waiting for his nades/gadget to pop up again instead of staying near a box.

No, I have played different Battlefield, Bad Company 2 being the one I have played the most.
Maybe its just nostalgia/selective memory, but I remember how there where a much more teamwork and tactics in BC2. While BF1 people just sprint and shoot like its CoD and the snipers are even more cancerous.

Ammo Pouch > Box just because of instant gadget refill and timed nade refill. Box in this game is just so mediocre now that you can't toss it, and it has trouble deploying on uneven surfaces. I can't think of a single situation other than resupplying a ton of people at a massive chokepoint where I'd take a box, and that still doesn't outweigh the benefits that pouches have

Medboxes are still legit for healing a bunch of people in an AOE, but I still run pouches regardless since it's much better at self-preservation and pocket healing a few teammates/Sentries

It's good for Operations in general since there's only two points.
