I'm a former rager who finally collapsed and found a few things that worked for me.

1. Play a lot. I've been playing at least 5 ranked games a day, and at that point there's so many games that one bad one, or even a whole days worth, doesn't really matter anymore.
2. I realized that it doesn't matter how much you flame, they will not play better. Staying positive just helps you win more games, period. I'm not positive because I want to be, I'm positive because I want to win. If you value winning, you will remain positive and encourage teammates.

Those things helped me a lot. I'm on a 5 game loss streak and I don't feel angry or tilted, which is a huge accomplishment for me.

I honestly don't know why everyone on lolg is calling him OP. Whenever I play him, or play against him, it feels very meh and uninteresting. Old Rengar could one shot easier, he just didn't have the Bonetooth Necklace bonus AD. Old Rengar made for a better bruiser as his W gave resists and could be spammed in lane for sustain. Use bear trap to discourage aggression, juke with jousting, get to know his damage really well because he can actually fuck certain laners up early.
