Why not go play Legion then? Not trying to troll you or anything but that kinda defeats the purpose of Vanilla over retail you're expected to join a group and socialize while leveling and at end game.

While yes you will be able to do plenty of things solo however you generally won't find any pugs for raids for a while unless its at the start of the server when most people don't have a full roster and same goes for PvP as the server gets older and older you will find it harder and harder to PvP due to more and more Premades requiring higher gear caps.

The Int or Spirit boosts are negligable for a DPS mage since you already have enough int from your gear for normal quick fights and spirit actually helps in long ass fights. The rep racial is legit pretty fucking useful since you will be gouging your eyeballs when repfarming AV for the tome of the icelord, not to talk about the other rep farms later on. Basicly you are trading a very, very small amount of mana for a a very, very small improved mana regen and faster access to better gear (which actually changes your dps).

I want to go shadow priest for raiding, I know you only need 1 per raid, but finding a spot in a raiding guild seems impossible. I could join a guild at the launch and be friendly and helpful and let them see how knowledgeable and competent I am, but odds are it'll be a shitter guild that will disband before MC or it will end up being only a leveling guild.

they've got high sustainability with healing, they've got low downtime as they rarely really need mana because you'll be using bear form/cat form/travel form, high movement (cat sprint before 30, travel form before 40), instant cast (moonfire) to quickly tag mobs. I don't see how it would be impossible to be leveling fast as a druid.
