Olaf's lategame damage is beyond awful, the most he can do in a lategame teamfight is pop ghost and ult and try to run at the enemy carry before he dies. Also if he misses his tiny axe then his ganks are stillborn.

He has no way to get into or out of dragon or baron pits because he runs ghost instead of flash and his range is bascially strictly melee. His only upsides are his fast jungle clear and his dueling potential in the jungle during early game, but he was consistently outclassed by Lee Sin and Elise the entire tournament.

It is the best deck currently. It is good against both aggro and control. The problem is it is hard to play. You need to really dedicated to learn it properly. Just by trying it out may lose you a lot of games, but once you got your hand on it, it is practically unstoppable. Its stats is spoiled by people trying out the deck on ladder. In fact it is better than any tree hugger and old hag decks.
