I'm surprised no on in this thread brought up Stargazers feature where you can play the game from another characters perspective. I don't remember seeing something like this often. Kindred Spirits did something a bit similar by letting you go back to certain scenes and seeing what another character was thinking, but in Stargazers case you see the entire game from 2 other perspectives. I like this, because you gain an equal understanding of the rest of the main characters.

Honestly, not alot of major differences between the 2 versions. In the adult version you see the 2 of them fucking behind the crates at the start, can watch the sex tape, see the sex massage Vii did to Risty, and get slightly more lewd versions of 2 CG that were in the all-ages version.

Most of the bugs and errors are still there too, but the awkward sprite movement around the start of the game is gone now, since you have the porn CG of them behind the crates there instead.

What really annoys me about the game is that even characters that are named have a tag of ???. It gets really confusing at the end when you have multiple ??? talking at the same time. Every second-person VN I've read lately had illustrations of the player character despite the use of 'you'. Even old-school CYOAs, which is where most people get the 'you' familiarity from, often drew pictures of the protagonist.

Now, if you're being "Diversity!" this was a problem, as it tended to codify the protagonist into being a young white male when this wasn't necessary, and there were some other gamebooks that managed to carefully avoid describing the protagonist for better self-inserting, but the point is people did it.
