Siege =/= specialist

Teamfight-wise, specialists and assassins mainly differ in who can actually finish up kills. Zagara or Naz deal a ton of dmg but they rarely can actually assassinate someone to 0HP, they either don't have the burst or chase. Rag seems to be able to literally explode on people a few times with substantial AA's and burst spells in quick succesion.

I'd like their rework of Kharazim to actually make assassin Khara a thing and make him a duo-class hero too, like Varian. Varian even supposedly counts for both assassin and warrior quests. Same thing should happen to Tyrande, Tass and Medivh. Make them all duo-class, with reworked talents to fully commit to that choice between two playstyles.

After looking 5 videos about the new heroes:

Varian is neat, but he is easily broken. He'll be nerfed in one week. His run+stun+weak is way too powerful and easy to do.

Ragnaros is FUCKING BORING. His 3 active skills are meh, and the gimmick of towers is practically useless unless you are losing (and even so is super easy to just retreat for 10 seconds and comeback.) What a boring fucking hero, waste of space. Nothing but trash.


Hopefully we had rumors of Valeera being almost ready to release along that sissy "troll" every manchildren ask for. I need my gf on the Nexus already.

I'm currently playing HotS on my smurf account. For a few months I have been logging on my main once every three days to queue up for Unranked Draft and do the quests. I pick Leoric and AFK at the enemy team's keep. From my observations, every second game there is a retard on the enemy team who stays by me and kills me all the time, trying to prevent me from destroying the keep. How the fuck are these retards enjoying the game? I'm shocked. And worst of all, whenever I try to speed up the process (of them winning the game) and make use of Leoric's W in death, they run away from me to break it.

I basically use Rexxar to dominate objectives and output a shitton of crowd control. One of the best, if not THE best stuns in the game. I also love him as a counter to Ming/Chromie, you can just body block Orbs and Sand all day and cuck them into nothingness.

But certain characters will blow him the fuck up.

Combat needs to be drastically changed for starters. Combat needs to be more impactful on the game. CC basically needs to work better. But then again, so does Anti-CC, such as Medivh's protection. But at the same time it should be on a longer cooldown. Fights should mean something, and they shouldn't be these long drawn out things because everyone has too much safety net. Anyhow, I don't want to confuse you too much so..

Here's just an example of what I would suggest for 2 heroes (And I haven't gone into too much depth about things because mainly its just powerscaling + longer cooldowns)

Butcher:
Butcher just damage increased on all skills
Healing from attacks shouldn't be anywhere near as much as he gets.
Furnace should be a lot bigger AOE, much bigger cooldown.


Medivh
Skillshot: 12 second cd, 5 second hero cd - Does a lot more damage now
Protection: 15 second cd, lasts 3 seconds
Teleport: Much larger range, 1 minute CD
Ultimates: Are probably fine as they are but, neither of them dealt any damage and are both high skill cap skills.

So what would this do: Well, it means combat would be faster. The actual game might be slower though. It also means you would have to tweak the EXP of everything, structures, minions, heroes. It makes the fights that actually happen more significant. Healing should also be strong, but also on a large cooldown.

I want them to stop putting heroes into roles. This does nothing but take out the depth of how a hero should be played, and also makes the Devs create the hero in a way they want you to play it, rather than how you think it should be played.

I would like to see games go slightly longer, but be more fast paced during them. 20 minutes isn't really a good amount of time for a moba. The upper limit should be 40, with average games going around 30 minutes.

I also want them to add height / uphill vision to the game. This isn't just a "Dota" thing. They made warcraft 3 and it made sense then also. It makes sense in Starcraft 2 and it makes sense in HOTS.

Maps need to be larger. Tomb of the spider queen needs to be scrapped. It's far too small to have enough "game depth" outside of the heroes them selves fighting. Minimum map size should be like Sky Temple. That means maps such as Blackhearts bay, infernal shrines, and battlefields of eternity are what I consider "small" even though Blizzard probably considers these as average or large.

Also lastly Id like them to maybe add "Armor" from overwatch to the game. This mechanic is pretty straight forward. Some characters have armor, and some dont. Armor characters counter fast attackers, but are wrecked by heavy hitters. This would add a cool "rock paper scissors" environment based on health pools of heroes already chosen.
