They either do about the same damage past 15m or slightly less but with way faster firerates and a more useful ability. Why don't they just make Castle doors touch the ground so drones/grenades/etc can't go under it? Why don't they give it the same time to rip down for defenders as a normal barricade? Basically, you have to hold an angle where if they peek they're dead. Glaz has the ability to one or two shot anybody in the game with well placed shots, he's not as potent as Blackbeard when it comes to peeking offense, but he's definitely up there. Rush into the building, hold an angle on a hallway or doorway that's commonly used, there you go.

The impact zone and fragility sphere are now weapon-specific, which means stronger calibers will create bigger bullet holes and generate larger impulses. This will create an even more realistic experience with the destructibility of the environment.

There is something we also want to address. We know that accurate hit registration is a priority in the community, and we want to assure you that it is a priority on the Dev team. When we are addressing hit registration, we are really looking at a number of things: latency, kill cam replication, and the actual server-side registration of hits. Ranked is just too stressful, in my experience it's less coordinated than Casual matches and the players are on average worse. Plus it takes a large margin longer to find a match. Similar to CS:GO, you have to rely on your teammates. Some games we've gone 0-4 because the enemy team synergy is just crazy, and they fuck us up.

You also have to hope your team is in good positions, because say its a 3on3, and one teammate is in an awful position. It could fuck two of you over.

Thought of a new operator.

His name is Peripheral, a Defender op, probably Israeli Defense Force since everyone wants them. His gadget is a smart glass that lets him view one camera at a time (last spectated camera is selected) ala Camera Spike from Black Ops 1. The view would take up more space, maybe a quarter of the screen? Weapons would be an MTAR-21 as an SMG, Armsel Striker as a shotgun, and Jericho 941 as a pistol (assuming he's IDF.) Tacticals would be Barbed Wire or Impacts.

Pulse, Rook, and Jäger for defense. Alright guns (Jäger pretty much has an assault rifle) and good gadgets (spread Jäger's ADSes around the objective room to cuck people who toss grenades in, and put Rook armor down as soon as you spawn.)

It's not. Peripheral doesn't get a Camera Spike, he views them while in action from the top left like the Spike. The point of the picture was to show how it'd look. I might make a crappy mockup for you. He would work with Valkyrie as well, and with good camera placement, he can walk and easily. His drawback is that it takes up 25% (give or take) of his screen, has no audio, you can't mark, and you have to fully bring up the cameras to switch view.
