I've been saying for months now that it should have a F2P version just like the starter edition.

The unlock system in game is already based around a F2P model. The amount of bugs and just simple bullshit is already equivalent to a lot of F2P games. It already has one of the best anti cheats available to prevent a large portion of the hacker influx that comes with F2P games. On top of all that one of the large problems with this game is the community which is rather small leaving to an imbalance of power when it comes to the match making.

Making a F2P version of this game would cause far more good than harm and Ubisoft could see a good profit from doing so considering the F2P market model is one of the best monetary incomes a game can make post release.

The main and essentially only reason I'm still playing is because of the time invested. The amount of time I spent learning the maps and how things work is intimidating when looking for a new game to play.

The amount of problems with this game one year after it's release makes me question if I want to put the extra hours into the next season pass and updates that will follow.

Even though GSG9's entire thing is that they tend to operate domestically and wear civilian clothing to specifically not look like military (there is a sigma in germany about military being used on civilians, go figure) --- if they were deployed to Team Rainbow in some shithole third world country they wouldn't show up wearing skinny jeans on IQ's tight ass or a biker jacket as bandit.

I can't find even find good reference photos of the Japanese Special Forces that suggest they use anything like what they are given in these leaked photos. There is some combination of civilian clothing but also looks like they have rappelling harnesses and high speed equipment???

I think a cool asthetic choice would have been private contractor style, not "another civilian shooter" vibe. High speed as fuck, armor or chest rigs, minimalist gear - maybe a nice bump helmet or armor. Just like the "This is the minimum amount of shit I need to kill motherfuckers" vibe.

But really at this point I'm just whining, really. I still think the JSF look like ass.

Maybe she'll have an extra passive skill but I don't see how giving her themite's ability will shake up the meta so much as change the meta's character model.
Reduce the amount of reinforced walls carried and give those walls to castle, this is just one example that lowers the dependence on one character while buffing another.
