It's a quest railroad(most of which can be skipped) up a certain level. At that point the game starts throwing at you less Exp per quest than what you need to do the next quest, so you gotta actually grind. In a group, going around killing monsters, for hours on end. You know, the usual MMO fare. It's comfy and not particularly challenging.

The big attraction here are the cutesy looks, amazing music, and the class system. You don't have 1005 freedom but there's more than enough variety to keep you hooked in. Build theorycrafting has a very steep learning curve, so if you just look at the information online and make your own build, you'll most definitely end up with garbage that has no synergy between your picks.

There's daily chores to be done like every other modern MMO, but it's not THAT bad. hey're not time consuming, but there's quite a few of them, so you choose which ones are important to you and stick to those.

Highly recommended: Join a guild. Here in /tosg/ we have several and we'd love to have you, but if you want to play with the normies that's fine too. Having someone to talk to help keeping things fresh and interesting in any game, and ToS is no exception.

Tell us which classes have piqued your interest, and we'll point you towards some viable cookie-cutter builds. Once you've got a feel for the game you can go ahead and theorycraft your own snowflake build on your own.

You are saying you are calling us out, but what you are calling us out on is just false!! It's misleading to new players and potential recruits may be turned away because of the things you say (although I already know that's your goal, you don't like us after all)!

As for the facts, we do not leave anyone out of anything! For any activity we do in Ohayou we invite any and all people online to come with - we pos party links with descriptions of the different activities when members do them. This goes for everything, whether it is doing dungeon rushes, Saalus, grind parties, questing, or queuing for TBL at the same time so we go up against and with each other! There are usually not enough spaces for everyone, yes, but that's why having more members is important and why we must continue recruiting, so we can have more groups! We also all do GBL together too, at least every other day.

We help and support members if they ask, of course if people aren't busy and are available to help. One of our members provides bee leeching every night, and I myself am open to questing with whoever needs handholding. TP is distributed evenly despite what any misinfo agents might say, and anyone is allowed to take out a loan from the leftover TP reserves at any time (though this means they will have to forsake any incoming TP handouts until they pay off their loans).

The mass Ohayou hate is unwarranted. From what I can tell, most people hate Ohayou because of misguided assumptions, or things they have heard from other people, while others might hate us because they believe Ohayou destroyed Clover or Ohayou was formed by people who resent FP and that we're behind all the anti-FP posts, etc, etc. We don't have to hate, instead we should encourage each other! The success of the many /tosg/ guilds and players is good, we see each other grow and progress in the game in different ways.
