You just have to put in

I don't understand how to play her. Its so easy to blame my team for being shit (and to be fair when I play dva in particular they really feel like they're the worst of the worst) and the enemy team is just so good at dealing with my ults, I never get more than a single kill (and 0 isn't uncommon). Its not my mmr because I've seen dvas still getting 2-3+ people in my mmr. I just don't know how to do well with her and I want to get good at her, she's the only tank I can enjoy playing, and her ult just feels like a "move for 5 seconds" button. Wat do?

On other maps it's not mandatory, but doesn't hurt.
You'll have it back in the time fighting begun and your team needs healing.
