I played DS for about 150 hours recently with 60fps on and I got 3 glitches at bonfires like I said before. It was only when I sat then immediately left the bonfire, and it didn't always happen even when I did do that. Meanwhile the game actually feels nice and smooth the whole time. See how it goes - absolutely worst case scenario, you get stuck at a bonfire and have to quit the game and reload your save and will have lost nothing at all apart from about 50 seconds of your time.

Yeah, you just use the UI for DSFix to set the options. It even tells you what they do. If you want to use the Playstation buttons, better font and better flora, etc, you need to tick "enable texture overrides" or something to that effect in the UI.

Here are the mods I use. They're all "installed" (i.e. unzipped into a folder) in the same exact way, just read the instructions for one of them and do the same with all of them.

It's like Nvidia Shield, basically.

+The areas. Snowfield looked gorgeous, was pretty meh but Corvian village and the cliffside combat was fun. There were a lot of physical shortcuts and you would have vistas that would show the levels.

+weapons were fun
+the crow knights,followers,dillweed knights and Femtos were really fun to fight
-the puppers,flies,the unarmed crow people and girlwood were really easy

I have a shit internet connection (2mb download at best, about 150kb upload) and I could play PS3 games in the free trial period without any problem apart from a rare bit of image pixellation here and there.

Instead, how it would be that is even if you miss, you can potentially hit someone with it pulling it on the way back. If you hit someone with it, pulling it back is just part of the combo that it gets and just does another burst of damage as it rips out of them.

Low reqs, decent stamina use, good damage, good weight for a greataxe, and it looks beautiful and not like a faggy warcraft weapon like alot of the other axes do

I don't get what the deal is with all the returned old armour sets in 3. They look like they had their brightness boosted way the fuck up, they look retarded. Someone at From could literally fix this in like 30 minutes just leveling them/saturating their diffuse maps properly to match the new sets so everything has the same values.

Shit like painting guardian set not being made to be the same white colour as paleshade and others pisses me off. It's this off eggy colour and can't ever match with other white new sets, it looks piss stained and super bright.

That, and many of the old sets have bad compression jpeg artifacts, like they didn't get the textures from the source files, they used the exported ingames from DaS1/2. Like, come the fuck on. Not even a bit of effort?

Honestly the most fun I've had with my SL45 fastrolling spear chucker character is when I bring 3-4 invader-ashen-estus with me and just throw spears at them over and over while running away into mobs (because for some reason next to no one has seed around 45-55 apparently, thank god).

I've fucked around with some stuff to use when I actually want to win with it but honestly the best way to invade is to RP being a mob yourself and your only goal is to stop forward progress in the level as much as possible. Run away, chuck spears, they chase after you, get involved with dealing with some mobs, do some hit-and-runs, throw some more spears, they chase you, run away, wash rinse repeat.

The most fun in invasions hasn't even been winning, it's been forcing a host and 3 goddamn phantoms chase after you through the slow-down water in boreal valley as you fast roll away, occasionally turning around to throw spears at them. It's goddamn hilarious.

tl;dr when you stop trying to win in dark souls 3 invasions and just play to waste the host's time and fuck with them as much as possible, you reach enlightenment.

It's nothing special, just 40~/40/40/40 and enough VIT to use the armor that I want. Life ring+3/Hornet/Favor+2/Prisoner's Chain.

I use Prisoner's Chain which I guess is probably different to most Quality builds (no idea if it's worth it, it seems like but I'm not sure. I mostly just wanted the extra VIT to use the Drakeblood armor)

Here's the exact build if you want to see. It's really nothing out of the ordinary. I tend to swap out weapons too but this is my default setup most of the time. Follower's Saber weighs the same as Lothric SS so it's easy to swap that out if you want to go full faggot mode.

Because of how hit checks work with online, you have to be hit registered while the block frames are active for them to count. What will happen instead if you'll do you're attack, you'll damage them, appear to trade and block their attack, but their hit registers on you later, when you're not in block frames, rendering them useless.
The weapon literally does not work if you're lagging or fighting a lagger.

Agreed. Iron King's level layout and enemy placement were abysmal. Ended up going through that entire DLC on subsequent runs with 99 Alluring skulls just to not even bother with it.

I mean minimal variety, enemies just put in place for no fucking reason other than "we need a strong enemy but it's not really guarding anything or blocking your progress," no thought as to the actual theme of the area in terms of why an enemy is there

The most important thing is to upgrade your flame, the item you use to case pyro spells. To do that you need to save this pyro guy from a place a little way into the game. You'll enter an area called The Depths. After a short time in there, there'll be a little deadend room with a load of pots in. He's in there. Roll into the pots to free him.

Your stats in NO WAY influence your pyro damage. However, you should probably have a normal weapon you use for damage as well. For now just upgrade your axe a bit unless you totally hate it. To upgrade your axe you need to get to the first blacksmith, Andre. He's in a place called the Undead Parish.

So for now, since you can't do any of that, just raise your HP and Stamina, mainly HP. The upcoming boss is the Taurus Demon. I'll just give you a slight tip of when you go to a large tower after some dickheads try to roll an explosive barrel onto you, you'll go up and onto an outside walkway. Walk forwards slowly and pay attention to your surroundings. Being naked is best for the fight. If you really want to go crazy, use some pine resin to add lightning damage to your weapon. But it's all about the environment for that fight.
