He didn't use the swords in many interesting ways because the VN didn't really give any way to show abilities in an impressive way. Even the "strategic" battles that Mei and Kuon had frequently didn't really amount to much.

Sechs was the same, but he did give clear indications of what he was capable of. His commands for the Kusanagi were generally "mode" shifts as moves, so it's pretty easy to imagine them acting in some way similar to Ramlethal's swords. Having ability over Gravity allows for alot of creativity for movements or even just general control like Rachel's wind. Deadly Sign would be hard to incorporate, if he would even have it after it got crushed, but they could probably do something like a commandgrab that makes the opponent stronger before blowing up like Nine's timer or something.

Either way, there's alot of creative freedom they have with him. When Es became playable in CF, basically nothing she had was put into her gameplay, since she didn't show much either. Crest Arts was a completely new thing.

The 6C,6D,j.C,j.D juggle combo timing with Es is killing me as usual, honestly finding is easier to 6C,2D and do tippy toes into j.Da and even then if it juggles too high I won't get the 2nd ground 6C to continue. Also trying to find alternatives to any ground D after whatever button since everybody punishes that stuff from miles away.

What exactly are you losing to? Also what level of the CPU? The CPU Tager can at certain levels immediately react to whiffed moves, projectiles, and stuff like that with a Spark Bolt in ways that humans can't.

In general, you need to remember to keep him out rather than just let him advance towards you. When he has access to Spark Bolt, you always need to respect it properly. Even blocking it will get you magnetized, so you need to be careful and try to make him waste it, since after that, you should generally be at a strong advantage.

I've been doing 6C, it's a little minus but you can threaten 6D off of it on block which leads to a full combo if it hits.
You can also 214C1, it's -7 but on characters with short ranged 5Bs you tend to push them out of range for them to do anything about it. You get a combo on CH as well.
There is also always 236B but I feel like that's worse than 5D, except it doesn't extend your hitbox I guess? 236A is -8 and doesn't push so that's only a max range option, but good harassment if so.
I'm trying to to A>B>2C into 3C or Gawain for blockstrings lately since 2C is jump cancellable on block. If they see me jump and react too early with a DP for Gawain they can eat a pretty good punish. Or I can just jump away and maybe threaten j.236A if they're trying to run under me to AA.

Then just play someone with longer normals. Tsubaki can't really keep him out or harass him when he's in the corner when it comes to the CPU. Someone like Mu or Jin would probably do better, Mu especially since you can throw out steins to keep him blocking and stuff.

When he gets Spark Bolt, just keep a distance and try to figure out how to trigger the CPU to use Spark Bolt. Whiffing 2A might work if you block right after if you're far away enough. I remember having similar issues in one of the Arcade Modes once because of it. Commandgrabs and Spark Bolt is a really annoying combination for a CPU with instant reactions to deal with.
