Just played against a smurf ahri, she had 120 cs by 10 minutes and was farming our kennen. Her team pushed their lead, they were 9k ahead in gold, and with one of our inhibs. I tried my best to carry this game and every team I saw ahri I went full dive mode and just Q'd her then stunned her and used my ult for trinity procs. He just has too many weaknesses and doesn't bring enough to the table that other champions can do better.

A Viktor with Rylais is infinitely more useful for waveclear and slowing.

That said if you like him and enjoy playing him sure why not.

Try him out, see if his kit works for you.
Even if he's not particularly good doesn't mean you can't make him work.

Smurfing will continually ruin any multiplayer matchmaking system we can implement. The league smurf is typically a NEET neck beard type or Asian, lets go with the neck beard types because Asians are a whole different bag of crazy. They do it too feel better about themselves, they've given everything to gaming and gaming has given back only league and CS:GO, the only 2 games left that isnt some pay for power microtransgressing piece of shit or completely pointless in a multiplayer competitive sense.

So they, the neck beards sit wallowing in their own filth playing league all day a lot like an alcoholic reminiscing about life before it went to shit; with Cheetos crumbs matting their disgusting neck-beards, they know deep down inside that they are disgusting human beings, more of a billy goat crossed with a pig than something resembling a human quite frankly. They disgust themselves on a deeply buried mental level, they know they deserve to be alone they know they honestly deserve to be left to starve rather than sully society, they are aware that they only exist due to scraps they are handed by those they deem inferior and they honestly feel a great amount of anguish.

So in order to escape from all this they convince themselves that they are good for something, that by being good at lol they can redeem themselves on a personal level, they attached their esteem to their elo. Instead of turning toward the one community that harbors them they reject it - the one group that could treat them as equals in a commonly shared interest and hobby, the one group that they could still make friendships within in turn allowing them to pull themselves out of their pit of isolation, self pity, and despair; instead of embracing the community the very personality traits that lead them to their own isolation betrays them yet again, the arrogance and the anger resurfacing in each anger filled sentence should someone make a mistake.
